This CNN article was about a new development concerning vitamins and dietary supplement viagra cialis online pharmacy pharmacy. My comment posted below this article was: "I find it astonishing that vitamins and supplement pills are not regulated like prescription drugs. It reinforces the need to be your own self-advocate and pay attention to what your ingesting. I also thought this article brought up a good point: There are a multitude of nutrients you need from fruits and vegetables besides the typical vitamins found in supplement tablets."
I was extremely surprised that vitamins and dietary supplements are not regulated by the FDA the same way other prescription and non-prescription drugs are. Also, it was very enlightening to learn how little people know about the supplemental tablets they ingest. Just because a vitamin is found is a dietary tablet doesn't mean it should be taken daily, or even regularly. It was really interesting to learn more about how people view nutrition and in reality, how little people know about their nutritional needs.
